Burlington Community School District partnered with BTG to launch a custom benefits microsite with one goal in mind: make it easier for employees to truly understand and engage with their benefits. They wanted a centralized, easy-to-use resource that simplified complex information, spotlighted available mental health tools, and supported employee well-being — all while easing HR’s burden.
With minimal lift from their internal team, the site was fully launched in under 30 days. BTG also created two custom explainer videos as part of the project to help employees grasp key benefits terminology and take full advantage of their mental health resources.
